Payment & Booking Policy
Thank you for choosing Wellness by Jami Nicole. Please review the following policies before booking an appointment or purchasing products. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products and services, all purchases are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits will be issued for any products, digital downloads, gift certificates, memberships, or services.
Digital Products
All digital products, including ebooks, guides, and downloadable materials, are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once purchased.
Appointments & Services
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or require rescheduling based on availability.
Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to forfeiture of the appointment fee or payment.
No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit all payments made. No refunds or credits will be issued.
Product Purchases
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, all herbal blends, wellness products, and retail items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
